Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Find Myself, an AI-guided Human Design self-discovery app that includes chart generation, AI chat, and I Ching Tarot readings, at findmyself.ai (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.
Description of the Service
Find Myself lets you generate a Human Design chart ("BodyGraph") from birth details you provide, chat with an AI about your chart, and generate I Ching Tarot readings. Some features are available without an account; saving your chart, viewing chat history, and purchasing tokens require an account.
We may add, change, or remove features at any time, and we do not guarantee that any specific feature will always be available.
Not Medical, Legal, or Financial Advice
Human Design, I Ching Tarot, and any AI-generated content on Find Myself are provided for self-reflection, personal growth, and entertainment purposes only. They are not scientifically validated systems of diagnosis or prediction.
Nothing on Find Myself is medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice, and it is not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional. Do not use the Service as the basis for a medical, legal, or financial decision. If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, contact a qualified professional or emergency services immediately.
Accounts
You may need an account to save your chart, view chat history, or purchase tokens. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
You must provide accurate information when creating your account and generating a chart, since inaccurate birth details will produce an inaccurate chart. You may delete your account at any time from your Profile page.
Tokens, Purchases & Refunds
Some features use a token-based credit system. New accounts may receive a limited number of free starter tokens, subject to abuse-prevention limits (for example, one grant per device). Additional tokens can be purchased in packages; payments are processed by Stripe.
Token purchases are generally final. Because tokens are consumed to generate AI content, we do not offer refunds once tokens have been used, except where required by applicable law or at our discretion on a case-by-case basis. To request a refund or report a billing issue, contact us using the details below.
Prices, packages, and the number of tokens a feature consumes may change at any time.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to: use the Service for any unlawful purpose; attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its underlying systems; scrape, reverse-engineer, or resell the Service without our permission; submit content that is abusive, infringing, or violates the rights of others; or attempt to circumvent token limits or abuse-prevention measures, such as by creating multiple accounts or devices to claim additional free tokens.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Intellectual Property
The Find Myself name, branding, design, and underlying software are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Your Human Design chart is calculated from your own birth data; the AI-generated interpretations and readings are provided for your personal, non-commercial use.
You retain ownership of the questions and messages you submit. By submitting them, you grant us a license to process and store that content in order to provide the Service to you.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inconsistent, and we do not guarantee the accuracy of any chart, reading, or chat response.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Find Myself and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months before the claim arose.
Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or used the Service in a way that could harm us or other users.
Governing Law
The governing law and dispute-resolution process for these Terms will be finalized by legal counsel before this policy is treated as final.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of Find Myself after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
